Discounts apply to classes contracted for and paid for in advance. Discounts are not retroactive for classes taken prior to
contracting date. Classes may be taken anytime between now and June 2009.  

Please circle dates of planned attendance. It is understood that students may need to change pre-planned dates of attendance. Art
Ventures requests a 24 hour notification when possible if a student needs to change from a prearranged date. In the event that Art
Ventures cancels a session students will make up the class on a following session date.
***Occupancy is on a first come first serve basis. Students are not guaranteed requested class dates if that class date is full.  All
Supplies except canvas provided under this fee. Canvas available at cost and students will be invoiced for canvas used during
classes.
